Alicia has been with Property Professionals, Inc. since 1998. She began as a property manager and went on to focus more on selling and leasing property in the New Braunfels and surrounding areas.

She was raised in Laredo, TX and moved to New Braunfels in 1989. After graduating from Canyon High School in 1992, she pursued a career in child care shortly thereafter. A few years later, Alicia began her career in the Property Management / Real Estate field with Property Professionals, Inc.

The summer of 2000, Alicia met her husband, Bill Hay, a native of New Braunfels. They married in 2005, have 4 beautiful children, and continue to call New Braunfels “home”.

Alicia’s 18 year career in the Real Estate field has given her the knowledge and experience in dealing with Buyers, Sellers, and Tenants. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. Alicia is friendly, outgoing, and will endeavor to help her clients in any possible way.

Alicia is excited to help you with your Real Estate needs. She will bring her experience and passion to ensure a smooth and successful process. Patricia has been with Property Professionals and a part of the New Braunfels community since 2006. In addition to serving as the company’s VP of Operations, Patricia also oversees the management our many property owner associations.

Staying informed and current with our industries rules and regulations is very important to Patricia, therefore she always takes an opportunity for continuing her education. She has earned her GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), TRPM® (Texas Residential Property Manager) and TRLS® (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) designations. She has also completed the ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS® (Sellers Representative Specialist) courses.

Patricia is also a member of NARPM® (Nation Association of Residential Property Managers) and CAI® (Community Associations Institute). These associations help us stay current with the laws that affect property management and property owner associations.

Sue Norris and the team of agents at Property Professionals, Inc. are dedicated in making your real estate transaction successful. Sue has been a licensed realtor since l984 and is a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. She’s a member of the Four Rivers Association of Realtors and has held numerous positions as Director, MLS Committee, Secretary /Treasurer through the years. Her specialties have been listing residential homes and land, first time home buyers and investors. Currently she assists the PPI Team on sales contracts & listings.

Tracey Norris is the Broker and President of Property Professionals, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX. She has a BA in Sociology and a minor in business from the University of Texas. Tracey was the Central Region Vice President for NARPM® for 2015-2016 and has also served as the National Communications Committee Chair for 4 years.

Tracey was born into the New Braunfels Real Estate industry. She started working in Real Estate full time in Austin, TX after graduating from the University of Texas. She returned to New Braunfels in 2007 to work alongside her parents at Property Professionals, Inc.; the family Real Estate office which began as Norris Realty, founded by her grandfather, Bill Norris.

Currently Tracey is passionately involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She is now a past President of the San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter. She enjoys volunteering with NARPM because it is the best source of education and networking for single family residential property management. She believes it is vital to the Real Estate industry to stay current on the ever-changing laws and hardships that affect the property management and leasing industry.

Although Tracey is involved in NARPM, her office focuses on residential sales as well as leasing and property management.

Since returning to New Braunfels, Tracey has taken her Real Estate career seriously. She has earned her MPM® (Master Property Manager) and RMP® (Residential Management Professional) with NARPM. Tracey is a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program, TRLP® (2011). She has also earned her GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) and TRLS® (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist). She received her Brokers license in June 2011.

In her personal time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her dog, Lila, reading, traveling, listening and traveling to see her favorite band – DAWES ,riding her scooter and spending time with friends and family. She is also involved in the Rotary Club of New Braunfels and the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.

Kallie Townsend is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Property Professionals. She started off as an Administrative Assistant in August 2016 and began working as a property manager in May 2017. She loves the fast pace atmosphere of working in the Real Estate business. She became a New Braunfels Resident in 1998 after moving from Austin. She graduated early from New Braunfels High School in 2012 and continued her education at Texas State University. Kallie loves to spend her free time with her two dachshunds, friends and family.

Jennifer began working at PPI in September 2020. She grew up in McQueeney and loves being on the lake. She went to San Marcos High School and continued her education at Texas A&M University. She worked as an ice rink manager for 10 years before coming to PPI. She loves a job where each day is never the same. In her spare time she likes to read, cook, and spend time with her furbabies.

Bill joined the Property Professionals, Inc. team in 2020, as the Director of Legal Affairs and Business Development.

A native of Beaumont, Texas, Bill holds degrees from Lamar University, Mississippi College School of Law, and a certificate in Professional Land Management from the University of Houston - Downtown. In 2000, Bill and his wife, Anne, moved to New Braunfels where he practiced law until joining PPI. Bill brings a unique background to the team, with 31 years of legal experience in bankruptcy, financial litigation, real estate, probate, audit and compliance, which allows us to better navigate the constantly changing laws and regulations of the real estate industry. Bill is also heavily involved in various civic, real estate, and legal organizations.

In his personal time, Bill can be found cheering for the Mighty Unicorns of New Braunfels High School, enjoying the many entertainment options in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene, and serving as an Opa in the Wurstfest Association of New Braunfels.

Jeff was born and raised in the beautiful city of New Braunfels, Texas. He and his family have been local residents for 6 generations. He proudly attended Canyon High School, and then proceeded to obtain a degree from Texas State University. He began his Real Estate career in the mortgage industry in 2008, and then transitioned into Residential Real Estate in 2010. Jeff is an experienced agent, and is very familiar with the City of New Braunfels and the surrounding communities. Jeff joined Property Professionals Inc. in November 2022.
