Alicia has been with Property Professionals, Inc. since 1998. She began as a property manager and went on to focus more on selling and leasing property in the New Braunfels and surrounding areas.

She was raised in Laredo, TX and moved to New Braunfels in 1989. After graduating from Canyon High School in 1992, she pursued a career in child care shortly thereafter. A few years later, Alicia began her career in the Property Management / Real Estate field with Property Professionals, Inc.

The summer of 2000, Alicia met her husband, Bill Hay, a native of New Braunfels. They married in 2005, have 4 beautiful children, and continue to call New Braunfels “home”.

Alicia’s 18 year career in the Real Estate field has given her the knowledge and experience in dealing with Buyers, Sellers, and Tenants. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. Alicia is friendly, outgoing, and will endeavor to help her clients in any possible way.

Jessi Riedel

Jessi Riedel is a licensed Realtor® and a producing sales and leasing agent in the New Braunfels/San Antonio area. Jessi is well known for her great customer service, honesty, and consistent communication. Jessi graduated from Texas State with a degree in Agriculture. Her expertise lies largely in rural settings and horse properties because of her heritage, education, and background. She is considered a well-rounded agent with knowledge over various types of properties. Along with her real estate experience, she has 5 years of rural, agriculture, and residential appraiser experience. Being a former licensed real estate appraiser has given her additional knowledge over the market and its conditions. Jessi is able to give you pertinent information and direction for you to make the right decisions. Jessi’s strong attention to your needs will ensure a positive experience in all aspects. Judy Perez

Judy Perez is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager at Property Professionals, Inc. in New Braunfels. She started her career in the Real Estate industry in 2013. She has since become involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) to further her education of single family residential property management. NARPM is a great way to network with other Property Managers around the country. Judy believes that learning from others in the same field is key to success in the property management and leasing industry.

Prior to Real Estate, Judy was an Operations Officer for a local hometown bank. She began her banking career in 2001 accepting a Part Time Teller position. She quickly moved up the ladder and was a Bank Officer by 2004.

Judy and her siblings were born and raised in New Braunfels by their two loving and supportive parents. She met and married her High School sweetheart and together, they are now raising their two children and three dogs in this growing community.

Starting out, she worked as a sales consultant for new home builders and continued in that business for 10 years before joining the team at Property Professionals. Patricia has been with Property Professionals and a part of the New Braunfels community since 2006. In addition to serving as the company’s VP of Operations, Patricia also oversees the management our many property owner associations.

Staying informed and current with our industries rules and regulations is very important to Patricia, therefore she always takes an opportunity for continuing her education. She has earned her GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), TRPM® (Texas Residential Property Manager) and TRLS® (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) designations. She has also completed the ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) and SRS® (Sellers Representative Specialist) courses.

Patricia is also a member of NARPM® (Nation Association of Residential Property Managers) and CAI® (Community Associations Institute). These associations help us stay current with the laws that affect property management and property owner associations.

Roy has been with Property Professionals, Inc. since 2007. He has been selling and leasing property since 2004.

Roy was raised in Pleasanton, TX then went on to graduate with a BBA from the University of the Incarnate Word in 1995. After a career in the accounting field, for over 8 years, he moved to New Braunfels a short time before earning his Real Estate License.

In 2009 Roy met his lovely wife, Rebekka (Preiss), a native of New Braunfels. In 2010 they married and have made their home here in New Braunfels. Roy and Rebekka now have a beautiful daughter, Celeste.

Roy really enjoys being a part of the New Braunfels community. He is consistently willing to listen to a person’s desires and needs in a lease, purchase, or sale. Long hours of dedication give him a great feel for what’s going on around us in the market, and how to best navigate his clients and customers through the many questions they often have. Tracey Norris

Tracey Norris is the Broker and President of Property Professionals, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX. She has a BA in Sociology and a minor in business from the University of Texas. Tracey was the Central Region Vice President for NARPM® for 2015-2016 and has also served as the National Communications Committee Chair for 4 years.

Tracey was born into the New Braunfels Real Estate industry. She started working in Real Estate full time in Austin, TX after graduating from the University of Texas. She returned to New Braunfels in 2007 to work alongside her parents at Property Professionals, Inc.; the family Real Estate office which began as Norris Realty, founded by her grandfather, Bill Norris.

Currently Tracey is passionately involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She is now a past President of the San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter. She enjoys volunteering with NARPM because it is the best source of education and networking for single family residential property management. She believes it is vital to the Real Estate industry to stay current on the ever-changing laws and hardships that affect the property management and leasing industry.

Although Tracey is involved in NARPM, her office focuses on residential sales as well as leasing and property management.

Since returning to New Braunfels, Tracey has taken her Real Estate career seriously. She has earned her MPM® (Master Property Manager) and RMP® (Residential Management Professional) with NARPM. Tracey is a graduate of the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program, TRLP® (2011). Dasha was originally born and raised in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. She was adopted into a loving family since the Fall of 2013 and ever since been learning/developing her knowledge of the English language. Dasha has been living in New Braunfels for approximately 9 months with her husband and is growing to love her new city.  

Dasha graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Ag Leadership and Development and a minor in International Development. Her dream is to help developing countries strengthen their agriculture and leadership role in family, school and career. After graduating Texas A&M University in December of 2020, Dasha began working at Property Professionals as the Administrative Assistant. She has been enjoying working with people and helping them find a place that they can call “home”.

A native of Beaumont, Texas, Bill holds degrees from Lamar University and Mississippi College School of Law, and a certificate in Professional Land Management from the University of Houston - Downtown. In 2000, Bill and his wife, Anne, moved to New Braunfels where he practiced law until joining PPI. Bill brings a unique background to the team, with 27 years of legal experience in bankruptcy, financial litigation, real estate, probate, audit and compliance, which will allow us to stay current and operate within the ever changing laws and regulations of our industry.
