Today begins the roll out of our new Application process for rentals! You will now be able to use our website to apply online via a secure web portal provided through our background check provider.
The "Apply Online" link on the front page is your path to get started. This way you can apply anywhere, anytime. Be sure to read some of the details provided to ensure we can process your application timely. Payment is made via credit card for $49 + applicable 3rd party fees per applicant/occupant over the age of 18. We will also no longer require an "Application Hold Deposit" when submitting an application. The security deposit determined at approval will need to be paid to secure your right to lease a property instead.
